Convenient for airport. Great value. Nice big room. Excellent bed and linen. Close to bars and restaurants.

I came out of train station and was trying to first access to hotel which turned out to be an exit but not very clearly signed in English.

Convenient with shuttle and excellent breakfast buffet on property

Clean, close enough to the airport, free shuttle. Also while we paid for the buffet breakfast, it was well with the money with a very nice selection and the staff in the buffet breakfast were exceptional.

Check-in receptionists were ambiguous; not happy or sad but they could have been a bit more welcoming being that they are representing a hotel.

Great place to stay after long flight before traveling to Seoul.

Arrived late at airport exhausted after travelling all day. Caught train from airport station, took approximately five minutes. Hotel within one minute walking distance from station and easy to find. Staff attentive on arrival, despite the late hour, and gave us a high and quiet room as requested (without any extra fees). Great selection of cafes and restaurants (including GS25) downstairs, we ate at 11pm on a Tuesday night and the area was still open. Hotel had a mini fridge and big comfortable bed.

I had really comfortable stay at this hotel

The location is very convenient however hotel main entrance is not at the main street so it might be just little bit easy to get lost at the first time. But no need to worry since hotel offer free shuttle bus from airport upon request. The receptionist Miss. Lee Se Young is very kind and helpful. Thanks for your considerations.

Could be better if you improve the monitoring guest who is smoking at the room with open door so the smell spreading whole corridors although it’s non smoking building

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and helpful. Its right next to a train station, and I was able to get some bottled water and snacks from the convenience store on site.The room was well equipped and clean. I got a free shuttle to the morning to the airport next day, which was unexpected and the cherry on top. I'd definitely stay there again if I visit Seoul.

Everything was great. No complaints.
